Hello! Can I use formula fields too in my Dashboard, in such widgets like Bar chart, etc? Now I only can use money fields, but would really appreciate adding Formula fields too!

It would be helpful to generate clustered/side-by-side bar charts, namely when comparing, for example, requuested budget versus allocated budget for teams over a specific period. Attached are snippets of such bar charts. If this feature is already available in ClickUp, can someone assist in guiding me how to set it up?

It would be great to be able to change the colors of the graphs in the Dashboard view. I have a standard color scheme for To Do, in Progress, and Done statues. Now I'm thinking about changing those colors to match the graphs for consistency.

Like publicly shared Views, please add support for publicly shared Dashboards. This is key for providing high-level visibility to people lacking guest accounts.

Brain can currently generate dashboard artifacts (HTML exports), but it cannot create or modify native ClickUp Dashboards: adding cards, setting filters, choosing data sources, or adjusting layout. Use case: Teams that manage multiple clients or departments need repeated dashboard setups with similar card structures but different filters. Being able to say "Build me a dashboard with a time tracking summary by person, a task list filtered to this Space, and a workload card for the next 2 weeks" and get a real, live Dashboard (not an artifact) would eliminate hours of manual configuration. Proposed capabilities: -Create a new Dashboard from a prompt -Add, remove, and configure widget cards (filters, grouping, data source) -Duplicate and modify existing Dashboards with prompt-based adjustments -Apply Dashboard Templates via Brain This would close the gap between Brain's workspace knowledge and the manual point-and-click dashboard builder.

Problem: We use Task Types as service buckets (Creative, Paid, Content, etc.). We need one Time Reporting Dashboard card that shows time tracked between two fixed dates and groups/breaks down by Task Type. Current grouping is too tied to location (ex: List) and does not support grouping time entries by Task Type within a normal client/project list structure. Value: Enables billing-grade client reporting (“hours used vs hours remaining by service bucket”), budgeting, margin tracking, and removes the need to maintain many cards per Task Type per client. Desired outcome: Add Task Type as a grouping option in the Time Reporting Dashboard card, ideally with multi-level grouping (Task Type; then Task/Client/Project; then User optional). Date ranges must be based on time entry dates (time tracked between Date A and Date B).

We’d love to be able to schedule dashboard card exports, such as the time-tracking card, so we can get granular data instead of just the PDF scheduled export.

Formula fields work at the task level, but their calculated values cannot be displayed in Dashboards. Please add support for using Formula Field values in Dashboard cards, charts, and reports.

As you can see from my first screenshot, I do have tasks assigned to me in 'My Work' but in the 'Assign to Me' card, nothing is shown. I also don't have the option to do any settings in 'Assign to Me' card because it only allows me to Remove Card or Create Task. What happened: I was collapsing the lists in 'Assign to Me' card and it suddenly flashed/glitched and no my 'Assign to Me' card is empty and settings option is gone. I've tried it on the web app, desktop app, hard refresh and incognito mode. All same result - empty. Please help. Thanks!

Would love to see dashboards be able to be added to the everything view. One reason I'd love this is to see how many tasks each of our team is completing across all spaces. We have a smaller team and it'd be great to give them small rewards based on task completion.
