The ability to choose which AI model and view chat history should be included in the mobile apps. I cannot cancel ChatGPT until I have the ability to use AI mobile.

Once I hit a limit of AI requests I can't see previous AI-generated results at all due to a upgrade/pricing popup.

I asked the AI to update the task types of all the tasks in a list and instead, it did not update the tasks type but overwrote the existing description and typed out "task type changed to bug" - I have now lost all the original descriptions of ALL our support tasks and the AI could not retrieve the originals.

Allow the AI Field Categorization feature within ClickUp to utilize labels, enabling the selection of multiple labels per field, instead of being limited to a single-choice dropdown. Projects frequently involve multiple departments or external vendors. For example, a marketing campaign might require collaboration between Marketing, Sales, and IT departments. Using labels, users can accurately categorize tasks, ensuring clarity and improving cross-functional communication and reporting. Enhanced flexibility and accuracy in task categorization.

Hi ClickUp Team, I'd like to request an enhancement for ClickUp AI regarding attachment recognition. Currently, the official ClickUp Chrome extension generates HTML files when attaching emails to tasks. However, ClickUp AI does not recognize these attachments, even though they are created by ClickUp’s own system. To improve usability, either: ClickUp AI should support reading HTML files, or The Chrome extension should save attachments in a format AI can recognize, such as PDF. This would make the extension much more effective and ensure seamless integration with ClickUp AI. Looking forward to your thoughts! Best, Mauro

It would be great to use the AI Notetaker in the mobile app to turn on and off as needed to record in person meetings.

I've built myself an AI agent that can create and update tasks in ClickUp based on a prompt. I've copy/pasted the AI Notetaker notes including transcript into the agent and told it to create/update tasks based on the notes, and it does a really good job. It seems like a natural next step to build in this kind of agentic workflow where each next step can be created into tasks along with context from the call as the description. Using semantic/vector-based search, it's also possible for the AI agent to determine if those action items are related to an existing task, and add a subtask or update that task instead of creating a new one. For the interface, I'm imagining a "Suggest tasks" button on the AI Notetaker summary. When you click it, AI will process and figure out what tasks it wants to create and what tasks it wants to update. Then it could display a window showing which tasks it intends to create and what it intends to update. You could check a box next to each one or accept all. This gives the best of both worlds: quickly take action with AI, but have granular control to avoid messing up your workspace with junk tasks.

I almost always take manual notes during a meeting because I can't 100% trust AI to get the insights and key points I want. For now, that means having a task or doc where I'm taking notes that then becomes isolated from the AI notes. I'd love to be able to click on a meeting and write notes immediately without having to create an additional asset (or maybe it quickly creates a doc to jot notes into), then have the AI notetaker combine my manual notes with the AI notes in one page so I can see all of it together. Another potential way to implement this is to allow a setting to create a task for meetings in my calendar, so if I take notes in that task, the AI notes will be linked to that task later on.

It would be great to be able to select the call language for AI Notetaker before starting the call so that the notes will be in the chosen language. Sometimes, we do calls in English and Italian, and when in Italian, the notes taken are in English and don't make sense. The ideal solution would be to select the language of the call before the call starts so that the AI notetaker knows which language to use and creates the Document in that language.

It would be great to be able to take a ClickUp page and with AI capabilities, to turn it quickly into a presentation slide deck. This would reduce the overhead when presenting to wider audiences, of having to take parts of a document to bring it manually into a powerpoint slide deck. And it would ensure ClickUp is still the place for documentation, latest information, not the slide deck. Bonus is if you could upload your company's slide template to your ClickUp account so the right formatting is there from the beginning.
