I love now how ClickUp now has opened API to use for ClickUp Chat. I do have one suggestion, I would like a way to create a bot account on ClickUp instead of using a personal account, and have a BOT account post to the chat using the webhooks integration that once sent, it'll be posted onto a specific channel. See picture.

many times I need a poll, for my team to vote in something, lets say to decide a time for meeting. Polls are in general very helpful tool, even WhatsApp provides the feature. I should be directly able to create a poll within message box with a command like /poll

3 months of saved chat is not nearly enough. Need approx 9-12 months to refer back to. Not enough value to be worth upgrade to get this - just revert back to Whatsapp. This should be part of SME package as we are all working disparately. Thanks

If a channel is created in the work environment, it cannot be transformed into a channel associated with a list. If there is a channel associated with a list, it cannot be transformed into a channel in the work environment. It would be very useful to have a way to transform channels from one type to another.

Only the creator of a channel in the work environment has permissions to add and remove users. This is a problem because to add or remove users you have to first find out who created the channel and ask them to do so. If several users could share a channel administrator role (or something similar) this problem would disappear. In other chat systems, there is always a channel administrator role that can be shared by several channel users.

I found quizzes a good way to interact in the chat and ask for opinions from the team... could be something interesting.

Slack has the option to turn off sending a chat using the "Enter" key. In every new instance of using Slack I immediately turn on the feature "Ctrl+Enter" to send messages, which means that "Enter" itself becomes a formatting tool to move typing to a new line. ClickUp doesn't seem to have this feature. If I'm doing a task and I receive a message I need to drop-off the task screen and access the chat screen... currently I have 2 tab open, so my question is: how can we make this less disruptive in my work, so we can access chat, keep up with the messages and still be able to work on the tasks at hand?

It would be great if animated emojis could be added. Our team loves them. We're migrating from Skype where they use them all the time. Keeps things happy.

Be able to filter yourself when tagged as opposed to reading all unread replies including the group tags.
