Currently, all AI Meeting Notes automatically save to the Docs Hub, with no option to control where those notes are stored. In order to build an automation in ClickUp or Make, we need one of the following enhancements: A “Watch Docs” Trigger — Allow Make or ClickUp automations to detect when a new Doc (such as AI Meeting Notes) is created or updated. This would enable us to automatically route those notes into the appropriate client folder or list. A Setting to Change the Default Save Location for AI Meeting Notes — Give users the ability to choose where meeting notes are stored (e.g., directly into a client’s folder or project), removing the need to build external automations altogether. Right now, all AI notes are saved to the Docs Hub by default, which limits our ability to: Automatically organize meeting notes by client. Trigger post-meeting workflows, such as assigning follow-up tasks or generating summaries for team review. This functionality would allow users to run seamless AI overview meeting triggers—automatically reviewing all tasks discussed, assigning action items, and keeping notes stored in the right client space without manual intervention.
