Feature Requests

I would like to request the integration of the ClickUp application with the Thumbtack Pro, Angi Pro Yelp Biz and Calendly platforms, so that incoming job requests from these apps are automatically transferred to ClickUp and tracked as projects. I am confident that implementing this will bring significant value to your system.

Ability to schedule longer meetings and calls is a must for obvious reasons. No one knows how much time is required to solve critical problems.

Our team loves using Loom because we like to be able to see hand gestures and facial expressions during our screen recordings. We would love a toggle on/off camera button within the screen recordings!

First, if I click on a tag, it should be clickable. Second, if I click on a tag (within either a task or a sub-task), I should be able to search for all content (i.e. tasks/sub-tasks) by that tag.

Current implementation of ClickUp email doesn't allow us to use alias, only the connected accounts (both IMAP or google / outlook etc). It would be great to send from an Alias like: EMAIL@Gmail.com EmailAlias@Gmail.com (to send as this one connected to EMAIL@Gmail.com ).

Just as you could add variables to the emails in automation, You should be able to use the very same variables in the regular email templates.

I definitely appreciate that CU has made it super easy to screen record. Still not as robust as Loom though. One thing I love is how it tells me when it’s been viewed. There’s also no way to trim it or play at faster speeds (for people who talk slowly like me! haha) Love that CU is working on it, but it’ll take a little more polish before I jump ship.

Would be nice if we could set a different default email (New Email ClickApp, "From") for each space. For example: I have 2 spaces: Work and personal, with different email contacts to send emails with ClickUp. So I need to change every time the "from:" to send an email. I already sent a work email with my personal email by mistake. By the way, LOVING email ClickApp!!

The Slack integration updates me when I have placed my own comments. I assumed that Slack notifications would work the same as other notifications within Clickup (in-app and email notifications) where it notifies me if there is a new notification. Having a slack channel to tell me that I have posted a comment couldn't be more than useless.

Please add a toggle to enable Task Locations information for tasks in LineUp. This feature used to exist based on the ClickUp tutorial video covering the LineUp feature (Task Location information and Due Dates are visible above and below the task name). Without this, LineUp is useless for our business because it doesn't take into consideration scenarios in which people are assigned identically named tasks across different lists or spaces.
