AI Notetaker

If I have a regularly scheduled meeting (daily stand up, weekly check in etc) and I do not want my notetaker in that meeting then I have to remove notetaker for every instance of this meeting. I would like to be able to exclude from all instances in one action

The @ mention notifications after each meeting my notetaker attends are overwhelming. It would be great to be able to turn off the default @ mention notification after the Notetaker notes are generated.

We'd like clickup to automatically suggest connecting a meeting recording to a task, project or channel based on the topic of the call. E.g. I have a call with "Client X" about the project timeline, Clickup suggests me to connect this meeting recording doc to the "Project Management Task" in our "Client X Project".

I can use Clickup AI to ask questions about one meeting transcript. We wanna be able to select multiple meetings (e.g. select all client weekly calls) and ask questions only about those selected calls. E.g. "Summarize everything where we talked with the client about out of scope things".

AI Notes are currently stored under docs. We'd like to be able to sort them into folders, e.g. by client, so all Meeting Notes with "Client X" are found in a folder called "Client X". Ideally that can also be connected with a project.

We miss a feature to customize the output of the Notetaker summary. E.g. our Sales Team needs a summary with all problems, solutions, doubts, etc. while our PMs need a Template with Next Steps, Timeline Comments, Critical comments, etc. There a many use cases to setup a template for AI Notes.

Need to access the Video, audio, transcript, etc from API. This can be to the notetaker or being able to identify which documents are created by the notetaker. Account owner should be able to access all user account notetaker documents in order to automate in n8n/make, etc

Based on recurring meeting it would be nice if notetaker can send email stating Your Next Meeting Is Coming Up—Let's Get Ready! and can list down the points to focus and things to solve based on last meeting to Stay in the Loop by suggesting tp Review our Last Meeting and things to complete and things to do.
