Feature Requests

Currently, ClickUp does not offer a feature for individuals to set their own personal work hours, similar to how Workspace admins can configure the organization's work schedule. The Work Schedule feature is managed at the Workspace level and applies to the entire organization. Individuals can use the Personal Time Off feature to mark specific days as unavailable, but this does not allow for setting daily work hours. The ability to set individual work hours would be very useful for remote companies where many employees work in different time zones and schedules. Especially with international employees. Even better if it could automatically update your ClickUp status based on the hours like Slack does. Or have a little icon to show your notifications are snoozed and you're offline

My role involves advising others, on their own cards, so I end up being added as a watcher on a huge number of cards that I have no actual involvement with and then get bombarded with notifications that bury the few notifications of cards I'm actually watching. I know I can remove myself from watcher but I need to do it constantly. I'd like a user setting to not automatically add me as a watcher when I get mentioned or I comment on a card. This should be off by default, to retain current behavior, and throw a warning to "remember to add yourself as a watcher on cards you want to receive updates from".

This has been asked by other users in the past. ClickUp is already cluttery enough, all these AI-realted ads are too much. It's also really unprofessional since all my users can see them, not just me as the workspace owner. There's enough stuff going on. ClickUp is transforming into a high-pressure sales platform instead of a project manager.

I don't want to use the AI, and I really dislike it constantly popping up offering to write every little thing for me. Would cry tears of happiness if there was an option to shut it off.

This feature has made it difficult to tag those sharing the first three letters (e.g. Brad), as @Brain will auto populate in place of the name. Is a constant inconvenience, daily.

hello, can we disable the advertisements that are constantly popping up trying to get us to buy features? my users are complaining. the complaints im getting are like "why are we getting ads on a service we pay for?" type of comments.

Would love to be able to save my view settings at a user level. As far as I can tell, views are currently set at a workspace level (ie, if I unpin the description on a folder, saving that view will unpin the description for everyone in my organization, rather than just myself).

It would be great to be able to add a series of date that we will be out of the office so tasks and projects will not be assigned to the person. It will allow the assignee to choose other dates or other teammates to work on those tasks.

Need a setting to allow us to set this to always open, always hide. I want the left sidebar always opened as I work in several lists. When I open the program it starts closed. Please add a setting so I can keep it always opened. And this behavior should be for both desktop app and browser.

On individual tasks we can change the status to show complete subtasks, so we know what has already been done and when. Some members of our workspace want their personal view to always show these tasks so they can see when a subtask was done without having to click more often. It would be nice to have "always show complete subtasks" as an option that doesn't have to be selected per parent task.
