Hi ClickUp Team, I’d like to request a “Sticky Notes by Date” widget for the Overview page in ClickUp. The idea is to allow users to create one sticky note per date, so each note is clearly associated with a specific day. This way, users can easily see their notes for each day at a glance, without needing a timestamp next to every entry. Key features I’d love to see: Ability to create multiple sticky notes, each tied to a specific date (one note per date) All notes are displayed in the Overview, grouped or sorted by date If there are sticky notes from previous dates, they remain visible, making it easy to spot overdue or unfinished items Clean, simple interface for quick note-taking (like digital Post-its) Easy to add, edit, or check off items within each date’s note the appearance just like the current floating notepad available would be good particularly useful for writing down sth which a lot of setting is not necessary, e.g. call Mum, but cheese, etc. i don't want to set dates or category or so for these tiny tedious tasks This would make it much easier to organize daily notes, track overdue items, and keep the Overview page actionable and clear. With the 3.0 release, we got the "Overview" view in folder that is apparently required. This means, after entering a folder, you need to make additional click into your list, because it's second in a row, overview being the first. The overview cannot be dragged anywhere, neither turned off. Pinning other views doesn't help either. Please, make this "overview" view optional. I don't need it at all, and this only makes me click even more to get where I need. Thank you.

I’d like to request the ability to delete the 'Lists' card from the overview of my folders. As someone who actively creates dashboards and uses various cards like the donut chart, I customize my overviews for specific purposes. For example, I create a donut chart for each milestone, grouped by status, to track progress effectively. However, the 'Lists' card remains mandatory and doesn’t serve any purpose for my workflow. It would be helpful to have the option to remove this card to create cleaner overviews.

In the "Overview" view, we are able to add and remove various cards. For some reason, there is a card called "Folders" and the option to delete the card is grayed out. For those of us who don't use folders, this card just sits there empty and in the way.

It would be great to have the option to either set a default overview layout for folders or create a template overview that can be applied to any folder. This feature would save time and ensure consistency, especially for teams handling multiple folders and spaces. It would eliminate the need to manually create overviews for each folder and streamline project set up.

We do have the overview for tasks but NEED a Project overview as well, to highlight all sharing information for every task

Since yesterday I noticed a change in the behavior of the tasks. When I change the start date, the due date is automatically adjusted for the same number of days. That's a problem because it wasn't like that before. The previous operation allowed changing the start date without changing the already configured due date. Now, whenever I adjust the start date, I also need to manually correct the due date, which creates rework and increases the risk of errors. I would very much like ClickUp to return to its previous behavior, where changing the start date didn't affect the due date.

I am experiencing some confusion about the overview view in my space. I use the overview to see current client projects, organize folders in the space, and use it as a daily task manager for menial tasks (ie. grab supplies). But I am running into a few quality-of-life issues: In the attached screenshot, I have a task list view for my One-Off task list. When I add a task, though, it still asks me what list it belongs to. I would assume it should just automatically create a task in the filtered list, but I guess I still have to specify? Seems counterintuitive. I have a few task list views in my overview tab, and they all show the "Lists and tasks are being filtered out. To show all lists and tasks, Clear Filter". I don't want that to be there constantly. Am I just using the wrong card or is this something everyone deals with?

The tasks view being a bit bloated by much information, it's important to minimise everything than can be. The following is a priority here. in laptop and mobile view there is already a certain difference about how subtasks and checklists are displayed. Both have issues and should us a same minimalistic approach. No multi tabs on laptop, no horizontal scroll on mobile. Here is how it should look to be efficient : Display all subtasks in a compact list, followed by a similar compact list of checklists. Use Statuses for ALL of them (as requested @ https://feedback.clickup.com/feature-requests/p/add-status-to-checklists ). Then, and only then, select a task or a checklist to open it. This gives an instant and bright vue of everything important. No clicks, no scrolls, no opening/closing anything uselessly. Life can be simple.

I don't always want a List card in my Folder overviews, and I don't always want a Folder card in my Space overviews. (Graphs and portfolios are often a better way to show the same information.)
