Feature Requests

Right now, all required custom fields are required in every location that the field exists. Selecting specific locations where the custom field is required instead of defaulting to all locations would be helpful [from a support ticket]

I created the list, and shared to team(not person). And added Chat view. Then I can not mention to the person includes team in that Chat view. But to assign or to mention to the person includes team in any tasks is enable. I want to mention same as task in Chat view.

Currently, when a VC is working in a Workspace and that Workspace turns on SSO they are not able to log in anymore because they usually don't have an email with the company domain. Having the option exclude certain users from using SSO would resolve this.

We want to be able to share newly created folders with ClickUp teams. The only option for sharing folders is for individual users.

If you associate login with a username then multiple emails would be easier. Something like this seems like a no-brainer if you want to be ubiquitous and indispensable, IMO. Users would stick with it even after they get laid off. -Brian

Be able to customize who can only change due dates of tasks

We have a tag we're using called "Showstopper" in the lead up for a release. A lot of different teams are using this as an existence system, to see what's so. We'd like for people other than those specified to not be able to use that tag. Or specific custom fields that can only be edited by those on the teams / specific permissions.

From TS Ticket: It would be useful to indicate to users if they are already logged into ClickUp or not on the video-hub webpage. https://clickup.com/videos Currently, clicking on Log In will prompt you to sign in to ClickUp and direct you away from the video-hub webpage and bring you to your Workspace. Subsequent clicks of this button will then direct you to your Workspace again.

I'm having a problem with my team moving folders and lists around by accident. I've tried to limit this by changing their permissions to 'Edit' within a folder settings but now it doesn't allow them to create a task. There really needs to be a setting that allows people to create a task within a list, but stops them from being able to move a folder/list around. Every other platform that we use allows us to control structure. It's surprising that ClickUp doesn't have this basic permission.
