Feature Requests

Hi ClickUp Team, I would like to suggest an improvement for the “My Activities” view (personal agenda). Currently, the colors of the Lists are not displayed in this view, making it more difficult to quickly distinguish activities from different Lists or projects. It would be very useful if the agenda showed the color associated with each List, as is already the case in the Calendar view. This would make the organization and identification of activities much more immediate. Thanks for your attention and for your work!

I am really liking the LineUp feature and use it to help create a shortlist of what I should be focusing on for my day. However, tasks marked as done currently still show in the LineUp which means I have to do in and remove them manually. That's an extra click that could be saved if tasks marked as done were automatically removed from the lineup!

I constantly have to refresh CU to get replies or new notifications. Even asana refreshed automatically

Why does Home now have its own sidebar that includes Spaces, Chats, All Tasks etc., but then those same locations/menus are repeated in the main sidebar RIGHT BESIDE the Home sidebar? Home needs to be more focused. Why would I want All Spaces and All Tasks listed in my curated Home page? I should leave the focused Home to the broader Spaces/Everything to access outside information. This new UI is going to be super confusing for my older users that want one straightforward way to access each item and don't want to have to customize three different menus to get a working layout. The default interface needs to be WAAYYYY simpler. It was still confusing me after a day, and I'm good with software navigation.

I'd like the option for a day planner feature where I can add tasks and then drag and drop them without changing their due dates. This would be helpful to plan out my week. I could add tasks from my task list, and then map out when I want to work on each one. Use case: Often, tasks take more than 1 day to work on. I need a place to plan out which tasks I am chipping away at, on what days. Syncing with my calendar is too overwhelming. Workaround: Right now I'm doing this in a ClickUp Doc - I copy the tasks from my task list and paste them into a doc, then rearrange by date. The only problem I have with this is it's not visual. Would love to see a week-at-a-glance calendar page instead of a running text document.

Need the ability to see name of parent task for subtasks in "My Work." There is the option to show/hide locations (spaces + lists) but no option to show the parent task name for subtasks.

It would be nice to have a dedicate card to a Note as a card in the Home Screen. This would make the homescreen as a one stop place for everything you are currently working on.

The available cards for the desktop/browser home screen are too limited. I'd like a lot more flexibility here. In particular I'd like to add a free text card, where I can type notes/messages for myself that are unrelated to tasks. My vision is that this would look similar to what you can do on Dashboards already.

I'd love to see a way to add a portfolio-type view (from dashboards) to the Home Section. Or maybe a snapshot of the Goals (more in-depth than the current Goals card in Dashboards). I love the customizability of Home V3 and the LineUp and MyWork/Assigned To Me cards. The only thing missing from my workflow is a reminder/overview of my current projects.
