Feature Requests

We have some behind-the-scenes Spaces like workflow drafting, which result in phantom tasks assigned to people. We screen them out via location-based filters in our All Tasks Views, which works great for us. Unfortunately, My Tasks is geared toward user control with no Admin overrides, and some of the cards don't even permit filters so I can't walk users through modding it themselves. I'd love to be able to switch My Tasks off for our Workspace. Right now I have users hide it during our initial training, but since it provides incorrect information (for our setup), I worry about someone stumbling across it and thinking it's a good thing.

Restore the drag-and-drop functionality from the Clickup 3.0 Home View that allowed me to view my Tasks in list view on the left and then drag them onto a calendar on the right to re-schedule those Tasks with the Start and Stop date and time that the Task then occupied on the calendar.

Whe updating the milestone's due date and being prompted if subtasks dates should be shifted as well, I click yes. However the dates do not shift.

It's great that the inbox has everything that was assigned to me, however, I'd also want some functionality to help me manage all the tasks and comments I assigned to others so that I can keep track of their progress. Now, I can use dashboard to keep track of tasks that I assign to other people, however, I can't keep track of comments that I assigned to other people.

In the home page, please add the ability to group the "Assigned to me" card both by START and DUE DATE, as it happens now with the "My Work" card. Since the My Work card is legacy (if I'm not wrong), the Assigned to me card should receive this feature before My Work gets discontinued.

It would be great to have this as customizable - for example instead of the "Next" just listing everything chronologically, it would be awesome to adjust it to see things due for the next few days or a week ahead, to better plan out your weeks work, rather than just one giant list of everything all at once

Being able to capture notes and ideas quickly into my notepad from a widget on my home screen would be so helpful, especially since I use the notepad as my inbox since the current inbox isn't GTD friendly.

Need the ability to see name of parent task for subtasks in "My Work." There is the option to show/hide locations (spaces + lists) but no option to show the parent task name for subtasks.

If you could change the colour inside a task, that would be cool, so you can change the colour of tasks.

It would be awesome if there was a way that users could customize their My Task view so that they could use custom fields instead of just relying on the assignee field. We have complex and large projects. Our leadership assigns at least 2 people, sometimes more, to each project; a lead and support(s). We have custom fields set up on our projects to track who these individuals are. Our users use the My Task view to determine what work they need to do on an ongoing basis. This complicates things because that means that in order to have the project show up for them, we have to assign the project/task to every single person who will be working on it. This means that a task or project could have 2 - 6 people assigned to it. If we could customize the My Task views to use people custom fields, we could alleviate having to assign so many people to a single task using the assignee field.
