Inviting us to "Customize navigation" and not being able to drag and drop the order of the items feels like false advertising and a failure to understand users' needs and desires to truly make THEIR workspaces their own truly. Please assign a SuperAgent to write some lines of code that will let us drag and drop the order of items and truly customize our interfaces. Please. Also, RE: customizations, it would be STELLAR if we could set the opened width of the sidebar's menus per menu. ie.: x width for Planner, x width for teams, etc. I like my Planner wider so I can read the tasks more easily before dragging them onto the calendar, but I don't want every panel to be needlessly as wide when opened. Lastly, the Chat Panel....it would be a great improvement if in an effort to have some more consistency, the list of people (and SuperAgents) in the "New Direct Message" section were shown as cards, much as they are in the Teams section (Which should also have SuperAgents included IMHO, especially if we are to consider them part of our teams...no?) as well as in the Ai section, where the SuperAgents have the OPTION to show as cards or as a list (which is a FURTHER inconsistency, given other places have one or the other (vard view or list view) but no option between the two. I've said it many times now, simply having your Superagent (Or human) go through the interface and look for inconsistencies and rectify them would make things feel much more cohesive. And the SuperAgents cards are formatted differently than the Team Members cards. Yet another inconsistency. I'm closing this by stating for the record, I LOVE ClickUp, and I only offer my free advice because I do, and because I want to see these sophomoric UX issues rectified so that the space we work in feels and LOOKS as good as such a powerful Saas tool deserves.
