More broken than fixed
After my entire feedback text seems to have been deleted and not submitted, I will try again. (lots of bugs atp, even on this website?) I'm getting more frustrated by the minute; I am sorry for this. The last few updates have rather broken the ClickUp app than fix anything. Here is a list of things that mess with my workflow IMMENSELY. Unfortunately, we are a whole team, and everything is set up in ClickUp, so we cannot change platforms. – When scrolling through Boards, the text is "dancing" around, and there seem to be glitches where the same task is shown over and over again. It is very hard to keep track. – When uploading files, there is no progress bar anymore. Especially with large files, this leads to blindly uploading, not even knowing IF something is uploading and it takes too much time. – The Boards within folders all show images, no matter how many times I change them. The default is now set to images and keeps it that way. PLEASE have the default be the LESS visually overwhelming setting. Or at least give us the option to change the default and make it so it stays that way, even when coming back to the Folder. – Since yesterday, when I download a file, it is now just dumped into my Downloads folder; there is no pop-up window anymore asking me where to save it. Also, HUGE problem: as we're working with a lot of files, lots of different book projects, it is now taking up too much time. I'm on macOS and working with the App. All these problems have kept popping up since the last few updates. It seems every time there is an update, something else is broken or randomly functions completely differently. Why change a working system?? I'm sorry for my frustration, but I'm very annoyed :( As well as AI being shoved down our throats left and right, which is driving me nuts! I have already tried to refresh, redownload, update and change any settings in the App, and also talked to support multiple times – nothing is helping nor changing. Thank you and have a lovely day.

Develop ITSM Capabilities in ClickUp to Match Enterprise Standards
The goal of this initiative is to enhance ClickUp with core IT Service Management (ITSM) features that would allow enterprise IT teams to use ClickUp as a full-service operations platform — comparable to tools like Jira Service Management and ServiceNow. Currently, ClickUp is an excellent platform for task, project, and product management but lacks key ITSM functionalities required by enterprise IT departments. Implementing these capabilities would allow IT and operations teams to manage incidents, service requests, problems, changes, and assets directly in ClickUp without the need for external tools. Objectives: Enable ClickUp to serve as a centralized IT operations hub for enterprise environments. Provide functionality aligned with ITIL/ITSM standards. Improve integration, automation, and service delivery workflows for IT support and infrastructure teams. Key Areas of Development: Incident Management – Allow creation, categorization, prioritization, and tracking of incidents with SLAs and escalation rules. Service Request Management – Implement service catalogs and request fulfillment workflows. Problem Management – Add linking between incidents and root cause analysis tracking. Change Management – Include approval workflows, impact assessment, and change scheduling. Asset & Configuration Management (CMDB) – Support asset tracking and relationships between configuration items. Knowledge Base Integration – Provide internal knowledge sharing for agents and users. Portal / Ticket Submission Interface – Build a user-friendly front-end for submitting and tracking tickets. Automation & Reporting – Support SLA dashboards, automated routing, and performance metrics. Expected Outcome: ClickUp becomes a competitive alternative to Jira Service Management and ServiceNow for IT organizations. Increased adoption among enterprise IT teams. Reduced need for external ITSM tools and improved cross-departmental alignment within ClickUp.
