It'd be great to have a read receipt or icon to let users know when a chat message has been read.

Schedule a SyncUp Meeting with a Calendar Invite that includes the SyncUp Link.

So that in the future, they are organized like: SECTION NAME Chat Chat Chat SECTION NAME Chat Etc.

Please add better notifications for chat, so that you can see exactly which chats the notifications are referring to, whether by bolding or by other means. The icon on the chat doesn't always go away and so you click through each chat to see what will remove it as it is so unclear.

1. Persistent Chat Access Across All Pages: The chat feature should be accessible regardless of which ClickUp page I’m on. Ideally, this could be implemented as a small, collapsible pop-up that stays visible and usable throughout navigation. 2. Improved Message Visibility Without Tagging: Team members should receive a desktop notification for new messages addressed to them, even if they are not explicitly tagged. This ensures important messages aren’t missed and reduces the need for constant @mentions.

This chat feature has got to be the worst chat feature of any task management system tool I've ever seen. Update the whole chat box feature for dashboards including the notifications system. I get a notification for a new chat and it takes me to the top of the chat where the first ever message was sent. MAJOR glitches. It's such a hassle to use the chat. I absolutely hate it.

It's become a hassle to talk in the comment sections of tasks. It would be nice to have an actual chat feature.

I'd love the ability to edit scheduled posts in chat. I really enjoy this being able to schedule these messages. Especially as our team spans a lot of time zones. But, currently, once I schedule a message, I can only delete it–not edit it if I need to change anything after.

I would like to have the ability to pin posts that I have created to give an organized way for my employees to see posts that have been made and require their review.

I’d like to request a new feature: the ability to download a Chat in the same convenient way we can currently download a Doc. This would be extremely helpful for record-keeping, sharing, and archiving team discussions directly from the platform.
