Hi, Jason! Thanks for clarifying. You need one grand total across one or more Lists for a specific time-entry date range, and I understand why exporting data outside ClickUp doesn’t meet that requirement. Based on the current documented card options, ClickUp does not currently have a native Dashboard card that combines selected List(s), a time-entry Range, and one overall grand total. The earlier Timesheet suggestion doesn’t meet this need: its Total is shown for each person and task, not as one grand total across the selected Lists. What the current cards support Time Reporting can use one or more selected Lists and a time-entry Range, but its Time Tracked values are displayed in grouped rows. Calculation can use Time tracked with Sum, but its documented settings do not include a time-entry date range. Time Tracked (legacy) includes a time period setting, but ClickUp Support no longer troubleshoots bugs reported for that legacy card. So, if the report must stay entirely inside ClickUp and return one combined total for the selected Lists and date range, there isn’t a supported setup I can point you to today. The CSV export and external sum remains the closest documented workaround, but I recognize that it does not satisfy your requirement. I also couldn’t verify a published explanation or ETA for why the legacy behavior changed, so I don’t want to speculate. For the product team to consider restoring this workflow, please add your use case to ClickUp Feedback. If the supported Time Reporting card itself still includes tasks or job numbers outside the selected Lists, reply with the card type, selected Lists, date range, one example that should be excluded, and the approximate reproduction time. That would be a separate scope investigation from the feature request. Yes, we need one grand total for either 1 list or multiple lists that we are required to report on that totals the hours worked by a particular date range (data source, data and date range on the legacy card). We're really struggling to understand why that functionality would have been removed. See the below example. Clickup looks very basic and not visually pleasing in comparison to www.wrike.com example. Having the fields have a different color is super helpful and two columns compress the info neatly. Looks like Mac vs PC.

It is necessary to implement the display of the task card title on the Kanban board without any limitation on the displayed number of characters.

Feature Request: Calculation Between Multiple Calculation Cards Hello ClickUp Team, Currently, Calculation Cards in ClickUp only allow calculations on individual data fields within a List. However, I and many other users need to perform calculations between different Calculation Cards (for example: adding or subtracting the SUM results of two columns, or doing more complex calculations between totals). Benefits of this feature: Enables users to aggregate and analyze data directly in ClickUp without exporting to Excel or Google Sheets. Saves time and increases efficiency in managing and tracking numbers. Especially useful for financial, accounting, and project management workflows that require dynamic data aggregation. Suggestions: Allow users to create formula-based Calculation Cards that can reference the results of other Calculation Cards within the same List View. Support basic operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division between aggregated results. I hope the ClickUp team will consider and develop this feature in the near future! We love the Resources Card in the Overview, but we are finding it getting clogged down with a lot of resources. It would be extremely helpful if we could create folders within the Resources card to organize our resources!

Allow to further customize Dashboard cards with colors (either border, header, background or all), style card headers (titles) with rich text headers, and allow to add images as cards background

Example: I have the standard "portfolios" card as a single item on a dashboard. It's a list of projects, status and other pertinent information. When you export or create a report, it only shows what's visible on the card. In the card itself, you can scroll down to see what doesn't initially fit on the screen, but the export doesn't include that, making the report all-but-useless.

Need the ability to customize background color of cards or lists.

As it was said in another request, the time tracking cards are sometimes lack of detail and customization. You can't choose which columns to display, for example, to compare tracked time with estimated time over certain periods, and not in general.

I am used to Jira's workflow where subtasks of the parent task are moveable across the Kanban board regardless of the status of the parent. I see that ClickUp does not allow this in the Kanban view so if the parent task is in "In Progress" then the subtask would stay in that list regardless of the status that it assigned. The user should be able to choose the behaviour of this to allow more flexibility and to be more reflective of the reality of how the Kanban view is used in terms of having Milestones with many subtasks therefore I believe that this should be provided to us. I would greatly appreciate it.
