-I know that in English it would be “You created...” or “You changed...”

I suggest using “You” language, which is easier to program, since it's already in that Anglo-Saxon grammar and fits perfectly with these verb tenses. Otherwise, it would be necessary to fix the translations for when the user performs the actions, or enters the user's own name directly (Perhaps with a characteristic color that distinguishes him from other users who work on the same task)
