Korean text serach improvement
박문형
Hi,
I am using ClickUp very well. But I have one thing to request.
I and my team speak Korean and write tasks in Korean usually.
When I search Korean text to find some task, it doesn't work well.
I think the search function in ClickUp find the text by word. It means when I look for "lo", it will return:
- look for (x)
- lo fi (o)
It isn't strange for English.
But for Korean this way disturbs finding.
In Korean, postpositions located just after the word without space.
for example:
나는 게임을 합니다. (I play a game.)
"게임" is a word and equal to game.
And it's postposition, "을" is located just after "게임".
so When I try to find "게임"(game) thes search in ClickUp doesn't return the sentence "나는 게임을 합니다. (I play a game.)" and I hope the search returns the sentence as well.

Hello, I am a Korean user who wants to use the ClickUp tool. However, it’s very difficult for me to learn, and it doesn’t support the Korean language. Koreans want to use products that are more effective and high-quality. Asana offers regular training sessions in Korean, which makes the difference even more noticeable. Although I know that ClickUp’s features are superior, this makes the comparison difficult.
Please, could you support the Korean language and offer detailed, step-by-step resources in Korean, such as YouTube tutorials or educational programs? I hope these improvements will be available soon. Thank you so much for considering this request.

Request for Korean Language Support & Feedback on AI Features

I really hope ClickUp will support the Korean language soon. Many Korean users would benefit from a full Korean interface.
Also, I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to use Trello AI, just like other advanced AI tools. I believe improving language support and AI features will make ClickUp even better. Thank you!

Please consider adding Korean language support

I would like to suggest adding Korean language support to ClickUp.
While many teams can technically use ClickUp in English, having native Korean language support would significantly lower the adoption barrier for Korean startups, SMBs, and enterprise teams.
Korea has a fast-growing startup ecosystem and a strong culture of SaaS adoption, but language localization often plays a critical role in company-wide rollout, onboarding, and daily usage—especially for non-technical team members.
If ClickUp supported Korean UI and localization, I strongly believe it would accelerate adoption across Korean companies and help ClickUp expand its presence in the Korean market.
Thank you for building such a great product, and I hope you’ll consider this as part of your global expansion roadmap.

I am a user who is using click-up in Korea.
I ask you to support Korean.
click-up is a good platform with various functions.
Many users want your Korean language support.
If you support Korean, more Koreans will be able to use the various functions that click-up has.

Why is Korean localization still not available even though it has been requested for a long time?
If ClickUp supports Korean, adoption in Korea would grow significantly. The product is already strong enough—this is a distribution and accessibility issue now. Please prioritize full Korean UI localization (and proper search/sorting behavior for Korean text) as a roadmap item.

I’ve been using ClickUp for over five years, and it’s honestly ridiculous that they’re heavily promoting a “powerful AI tool” called SuperAgents while not even being able to properly support Korean—not even basic translation.

I’ve been using ClickUp successfully for over a year now, after ditching Slack after 5 years of use. However, their policy of supporting only a few specific languages doesn’t make sense.
I hope Korean language support becomes available as soon as possible.
Wishing everyone a happy New Year!

Hello ClickUp Team,
We would like to request Korean language support for ClickUp.
Many teams and businesses in South Korea are actively adopting project management and collaboration tools like ClickUp.
However, the lack of Korean language support is a significant barrier for non-English-speaking users and limits wider team adoption.
Adding Korean would greatly improve accessibility, usability, and adoption for teams in the Korean market.
We strongly believe this would help ClickUp expand its presence in South Korea.
Thank you for considering this request.
We look forward to future updates!
