would be cool if we could share subtasks with other users and guests. why could you do it with a normal task and not a subtasks? you would have to create a whole new task to just make a share work.

I think this feature is essential, and should be here in the version 0. Why would only tasks be shared externally?

Similar to others... we need to be able to assign subtasks to external customers/guests without full access to the parent. This is very important to us and using related tasks is not near as good of user experience. Suggest the following or similar - A "List Setting" setting to hide the navigation from a sub task to a parent task. We would set that on our external lists.

Sharing subtasks with guests is essential as my small company is growing. We use contract designers and copywriters on a varying basis and it would be extremely useful to add them in as a guest so they have information for their specific role/task in the project. This is the point of a project management software, yes?

Clickup, yet another permissions based restrictive issue. Can you please give your customers some indication of when these permission based issues are going to be resolved? (4 years wait on this request too). If it's not going to be done (permissions on subtasks, views, doc pages), just have the decency to let everyone know so we can look elsewhere.

Hi There. I agree with everyone feeding back on this. It's really important to be able to have a subtask that our clients can see and feedback on with out them being able to see everything else going on within the Parent task. 
Creating a separate task as suggested by ClickUp won't work as it removes it from the project and makes it super messy and hard to manage.
Can this be pushed up the priority list to make happen please.
