Hey Benjamin! I've just checked this and it's working fine. It must be a bug!
Could you please shoot us an email at bugs@clickup.com so we can better investigate this issue and fix it, thanks!
Benjamin
Waleed Elaghil: What are you trying to do though? We’ve never been able to move doc between lists as we get the above as per screenshot.
Jan Dvořák
Benjamin: This is for moving page to another document, not for moving the document itself. The red one is for moving pages, the yellow one for "moving docs", which is called Sharing by location.
Benjamin
Jan Dvořák: Hi, this is the errors that I get when using the yellow move method

Hey Benjamin! The modal you're seeing is when you select the "move" option to move pages within Docs. If you want to move the Doc to other locations in your hierarchy, you'll need to use the "move" option in the top right corner of the Doc or from your Doc view. Please have a look at these screenshots 🙂
Benjamin
Waleed Elaghil: I think you are lost here, how do you explain all the blank missing pages & duplicated pages when trying to move Waleed Elaghil
Dean Phillips
Benjamin: Kind of not surprised Benjamin is having issues. The way it does moving and handling moving whole docs vs pages is a bit of a mess. A lot of UX things that need rethinking here to be honest.

That will definitely be a bug Benjamin! I'd recommend sending an email to bugs@clickup.com and we can assist you with that!
Jan Dvořák
Dean Phillips: I think a lot of confusion could be solved by renaming the command from Move in both occurances to Move page and Move doc in the first place.

Hey Friends!
We're closing this task since it's already achieved by ClickUp 2.0
- You can already move Docs between views (see pic)
- You can already move pages between Docs (we're working on enhancing the "move" modal though)
- As for the option to move a doc that was originally created from the Doc View directly into a task will be solved through our coming Doc relationship. You can find it here https://clickup.canny.io/feature-requests/p/linkrelationship-with-tasks-created-in-docs
Thank you!
Spencer Powell
Move, Copy, or Shortcuts would be nice.

Since we have the option to create a New Doc directly inside a task, it would be nice to have the option to move a doc that was originally created from the Doc View directly into a task. As of right now, if I create a doc inside a Doc View, it only lets me move it to other Doc Views.

Definitely +1 - In addition to moving and copying docs, please include the secondary request mentioned several times below, i.e. moving pages between docs. Thanks in advance.

Apparently the moving docs around sidebar is going to be improved too (according to support) as it's a bit hit or miss right now. Hope that's true 😃

yeah I just had to recreate a doc three times. a little annoying.
Metta Zetty
Michael Powers: Yikes! That's very disconcerting to this newbie....
Michael Powers
Metta Zetty: Hahah - well if it's any reassurance Docs is one of ClickUp's weakest links! Looks like they have some big Docs improvements on the way also, so keep an eye out for that :)
Metta Zetty
Michael Powers: Great! Thanks so much for letting me know, Michael Powers. I'm really loving ClickUp, so more robust Doc features will be appreciated! :-)

This is so necessary! Being able to move Pages between documents

In addition we would need to be able to reference a document. So having it available in multiple locations (Space, Folder, List etc.). So a change./Update in one locations is immediately available in th other location.
