how to find what is shared & with who?

In order to convert guest with permission to a Read-Only guest, to gain more seats for permitted guest, how can I know what is shared with how? in simple click and not having to navigate to each item

Related: please make Shared With a field in views and all the other places that a "full citizen field" is available. You should be able to have a column of Shared With, group by, filter by, etc. just as with Assigned To, and make automations like "when assigned to ___ share with ____"

I would like to see a sharing centre, where we can see all items that are shared, how they are shared, and who with. And then be able to change those settings from that list.
It is very easy to forget what you have shared, and this would help with that.
