Email us receipts after we pay. Every month I get angry at ClickUp because there's one mystery charge on my credit card. ALL the other companies email me a receipt (or invoice/receipt) so I know every charge on my monthly credit card bill immediately. AND I already have the receipt without having to go and find it. But this mystery charge each month causes me to hate ClickUp and want to cancel. Step up ClickUp and email me my receipt every month.

Thanks everyone for your patience, I'm excited to share that we just released the Invoice email notification feature this week! This is now available to ClickUp Owners & Admins, and you can turn it on from the Invoice Settings on your Billing page. You'll receive an Invoice emailed to the address associated with your ClickUp account whenever a new invoice is generated for your workspace.

This would be a great feature for us. I have an in-house document storage system that has a built-in inbox purely for document receiving. Thus, having Clickup automatically email me / this system would be wonderful for corporate document organization and management.

Please also add the ability to add a separate email (non-account related) to be emailed this invoice.

Would make bookkeeping easier. Also the ability to specify which email address to send it to would be handy.

In the meantime, why not create a monthly reminder in ClickUp to remember to recover your invoice...

Logan Clements, can you make this request at https://clickup.canny.io/feature-requests/p/mail-clickup-invoices as well? This thread has been requesting emailing invoices/receipts for nearly 5 years. ClickUp apparently had a new Billing PM start over 4 months ago who is supposedly looking into this but there's been no update on the thread since then... Edit: NM I saw you already commented there too!

Anyone else want to automatically get their ClickUp receipts emailed to them or do you like solving the mysterious charge mystery every month?

Logan Clements: set-up Zapier to do this in lieu of this feature being available.
