Matteo Cappelli This feature was requested (and now released) for customers where subscriptions are auto-renewed via credit card every month/ year.
For customers that pay via payable invoice, your invoices are already sent over email from our Billing team. If you need another copy of one of your previous invoices, please reach out to billing@clickup.com and they'll be happy to help!

Thanks for the good news, I just want to confirm... will the invoices at least have the email of the person that was included? And even better, the email of the person that invites the new user?

The person in charge of paying the bill for our ClickUp seats does not have a clickup account, therefore i have to download and submit the form to them every time a change is made. it would be easier if I could include a Billing email address where all invoices would be sent as they are generated.

Feature release update - Mar 21:
Thanks everyone for your patience, I'm excited to share that we just released the Invoice email notification feature this week! This is now available to ClickUp Owners & Admins, and you can turn it on from the Invoice Settings on your Billing page.
You'll receive an Invoice emailed to the address associated with your ClickUp account whenever a new invoice is generated for your workspace.

As requested by many of you, we'll also be working on a follow-up feature, where you can additionally sign up custom email addresses outside your workspace to receive these emails. For now, a workaround for this is to an add auto-forwarding rule to the email address you need to send invoices to (if it's different than your ClickUp email address).

Nits sorry it isn't very clear currently in the documentation how this will work. Is the notification just a notification that gets emailed or is there an actual invoice PDF that gets attached to the email? The highlighted statement below I don't quite follow, how do I open a PDF without opening an email?

Nits I talked with Jon from the technical support team, and he explained to me that sales-assisted workspaces as ours are not considered by the feature. We have the same problem as the others ClickUp users here.
As an Enterprise customer, for us, it's not clear, why there should be a difference?

For our use case a custom address would be much preferred - that lets us set it up to go direct to our finance team. If that's not possible, sending it from a different From address that's only used for billing emails would allow us to add an email routing rule to forward it along.
