Documents, pages, and subpages in multiple documents

Having the same pages or subpages included in multiple documents as pages, subpages, or snippets. This would allow you to have a single source of truth for a document and have it directly accessible in multiple documents.
Use case:
I have a sprint folder where for each sprint I create a document with certain information and notes etc. I want to add these docs as subpages or snippets in a "master" document, e.g. on the folder level or even in a different space.

Yes! Being able to have a single source of truth would be great. I am voting yes for Document Sections / Subpages / Snippets to be re-usable blocks pulling from the same source

Great idea! Just like Microsoft Loop. I vote YES!

Strongly adding my vote to this one. We're currently trying to consolidate all of our internal documentation from Google Drive/Docs to ClickUp, but we're running into the issue of having to maintain content in multiple places.
One simple example, in our documentation we explain the statuses we use and what each one means. There are multiple other documents/pages where this information is relevant for reference, but if we include it there, and ever change it, we have to update this in multiple places.
One option is obviously to create a subpage and just link to it, but that's more disruptive than being able to see the content in context. Having the ability to embed snippets from other pages would be amazing, requiring us to only maintain the content once and use it in multiple places.

Kajsa Eriksson Rosenqvist, I created a doc view in the list that links back to the central doc. While it's not ideal, and thus my upvote on your request, I wanted each list to have access to the playbook while maintaining a central playbook and this was my work around

Brent isn't this somewhat related, and depending on the use case it is a solution as well.
If you have templates and reuse these parts you can duplicate content as well.
Brent
Hi Ruud, yes these are related! While a bit different from this request, as you mentioned synced content could help here depending on the use case.

Any updates on this? This would help our workflows and team efficiency by being able to keep a single document updated and have it updated everywhere else it's used, rather than having to crosslink to a variety of documents to ensure they're all updated.

What. The. F. Is. A. Subpage?
Please eliminate this abomination of a "feature".

Michael: think about a notebook with subjects, and subpages as the pages in the subject you're working on. I couldn't live without it and it's the reason I first started using ClickUp (as a replacement for Notion, and One-note). I love this feature! My notes are incredibly organized by my main categories of work... I can finally find everything I scribble down! Now if the Notebook worked offline, on my iPad, and with handwritten notes... it would be amazing, nearly perfect; allow me to sync those notes with Accounts, Contacts, and Opps in Salesforce, life would be perfect ;)

Justin Hunter: Oh Oh "This Year" was 2023 by the time you wrote it ;-)
I'd love to have this option, especially right now when I am reorganising our doc hierarchy
