Permissions on Document Pages
Ruth Barrow
I would like to have different permissions for different pages of a document, e.g. I only want my admin assistance to see certain pages

any updates on this 5 years on?
Antoine Esbelin
That would indeed be a very useful feature indeed for a company-wide wiki

Great to see your new youtube videos on Clickup wikis. But where are our sub-page permissions!!

We really need this!
Tim Jasper
Brent , Private SubPages and its votes should really be merged to this request.
Ryan Wiancko
I will mirror the remark of how baffling this is to not be a supported feature. This is table stakes, not a nice-to-have feature. Child pages should be able to override permissions of parent pages
Tim Jasper
Ryan Wiancko as baffling as subtasks not having their own permissions

The wiki functionality for a Doc is interesting, but it seems that for users to be able to add or even edit pages, Edit access is required on the Doc. That means that any random user can delete pages or even accidentally delete the entire wiki.
So to really get the functionality of a wiki where anyone can go update it, we're risking regular accidental deletions of the wiki.
This is quite a severe oversight.
I need to be able to create a wiki where only a select few admins could delete the pages [or the entire thing], while everyone else should be able to add and edit pages.

This should be one of top priority for the docs. One of the only feature that still make me use Notion
Tim Jasper
Abdennour 100% agree

Urgently needed!

It is baffling that it's not possible to set different permissions at a subpage level. How on earth am I supposed to use a company wiki for all department when it's an all or nothing for visibility? How on earth am I supposed to use a company wiki for all departments when it's an all-or-nothing for visibility?
It's not worth using docs on clickup with the current implementation.
Tim Jasper
Veronica Zammitto Baffling is indeed the most accurate description of this situation. Similar to subtask permissions
