I’d love to share some feedback based on our experience so far:

1: It would be great to have a feature that lets us pin any message in the chat.

2: Please add chat to the Quick Action Menu, so we can pin it and access it from anywhere in ClickUp. It can be a bit uncomfortable when writing something in a task, then needing to switch to chat and back again. If we could access it directly from the top, that would be amazing!

3: When replying in a thread, we can’t send a message as “Also send as direct message.” This is super important. Hopefully, in the near future, we’ll have this feature in ClickUp chats!

4: In any message, we currently can’t react with emojis easily. I noticed it’s available on mobile, but only with the Like button. I didn’t see it in the ClickUp Mac app.

5: Lastly, a message seen feature would be really helpful. It should definitely be there. It’s a small but important thing.
