Fix desktop notifications - Deal-breaker for Chat

As mentioned by several people on other boards, Desktop notifications aren't working as expected (both Windows and Mac). ClickUp doesn't show up on my Windows app notification settings, even though I have ClickUp desktop notifications enabled.
Already tried to re-install and different settings with no luck. I wonder if it could be the way the software was designed, which seems like a web app wrapped up (PWA?). Notifications of other apps like Slack and WhatsApp work perfectly with minimal set-up effort.
Unfortunately, without a good notification system, the new (promising) Chat feature becomes almost impossible to use. We want to move from Slack, but this is a deal-breaker.

Same here! Notification do not work, and it was ALWAYS buggy!

Nussi Einhorn: are you experiencing the same issue where you don't see ClickUp app in Notification settings on your computer? Would love to hear more what exactly with notifications does not work for you properly and what feels buggy?

Same situation for my team. The chat looks very promising but the notifications aren't working at all. We currently use Discord which has some very reliable notifications.
