Unfortunately, you cannot currently control the visibility of other members. This makes it possible for everyone to see everyone.

Of course, this is not possible if you work with customers or separate teams/service providers.

Visibility should match the visibility of

Workflows, folders, lists, or tasks must be bound.

However, it is important here that you can only ever see the minimum.

As long as this is not implemented, you can't really use the chat.
