Brian Albertelli if you are the only one in a SyncUp, you should be able to enable AI notes for it. It is a bit different logic compared to sending notetaker - but you can definitely do it

We love the functionality! My co-founder is curious if it's possible to have the note taker join the call without having a user on the call, similar to how Granola or Google Gemini functions. Is this in the roadmap?

Lexi Nastos it is possible for Zoom/Meet/Teams, and for SyncUps we post the summary in the channel where the meeting happened, which should solve this!

I agree, I would love for my CU AI note from meeting to automatically be made available to the team, manually making them available to the team after each meeting is a hassle

Ruud: it was mostly about new customers and free usage of the Notetaker that we give, how we calculate those when you use SyncUps and notetaking in other apps

Misael Rodriguez: nope, I may phrased it not 100% correct - we wanted to understand how better showcase this for new users who get some free notetaker hours - how the distribution between SyncUp AI notes vs other apps notetaking should work and what limits on SyncUp AI notes may be - and decided to make those unlimited within fair use boundaries
