I need to send my notetaker to group meetings that do not require my physical presence. Grabbing key points and summary of meeting frees me up to do other things. I need it to be able to go to multiple rooms at once on my behalf.

In my team there are many non-scheduled video calls which I'd like to have the ClickUp AI Notetaker to join. If you could add this feature - especially to the Chrome extension - that would be awesome.

Joe Reed have you try using our ad-hoc functionality to do so? If you have a link for a meeting, you then can be on one call and send the bot to the other meeting using the link. Would that work for you?
