Sparkz Bot you want proactive emails only? We are building smth called Meetings Hub where all of your info about meetings (including upcoming ones) will be stored and you will be able to use Brain to do actions based on this data.

Alex Lashkov yes and When a recurring meeting is scheduled in Meetings Hub or Brain, Notetaker agent should automatically trigger a “Prepare for Your Upcoming Meeting” notification. This feature keeps ClickUp Notetaker users proactive and context-ready for every recurring meeting — eliminating the manual effort of reviewing past notes. It strengthens Meetings Hub by connecting past and future discussions intelligently. If this is not in your pipeline i understand and its totally fine but this could be a great addition.
The email (or channel message) can contain the following structure:

Include a clickable link to the last recorded meeting (from Notetaker or Meetings Hub) showing:
Previous meeting title
Previous meeting date/time
📝 Meeting Summary
Auto-fill from the last Notetaker summary (or Brain’s stored summary data).
Include a “View Meeting” button linking to the full meeting page in Sparkz.
✅ Agreed Next Steps
Automatically pull the action items or agreed next steps from the previous meeting and display them as bullet points:
