Meeting notes automatically sent to ALL meeting participants

For all other notetaker tools I've used, Fathom, Bubbles, etc. you can easily set it so that everyone in the meeting receives the notes post meeting. Our entire organization works in ClickUp and so the inbox notification for the meeting notes should all go to meeting participants without permission needing to be allowed for everyone each and every time. It is creating more work after each and every meeting.

Hey everyone! We're exploring a concept for a new Meetings Hub feature and would love your feedback. Please take this 5-minute survey to check out the solution and share your thoughts.
Pedro Itallo
Alex Lashkov When is this hub meeting expected to happen?
Alex Lashkov
Pedro Itallo we will analyze the survey feedback and decide if some changes are needed or we ready to proceed with beta release. In the second case, I'd say January, but let's see how the survey goes!

Alex Lashkov Any news on this? Is there a beta maybe?
This is causing AI Notetaker fatigue, to allow or disallow the many notetakers joining, next to the manual hassle of combining docs.
Alex Lashkov
Ruud we've almost done with building and are planning to start internal testing, then will be ready for a beta

Alex Lashkov Hook me up for a beta :)

Single Notification Message from ClickUp Notetaker
Jenny Manning
Please update ClickUp Notetaker so it only sends one message in the meeting chat when notes are being taken, instead of sending a separate message for every participant who has the integration enabled. When large teams join a call—like our 15-person marketing group—the chat quickly fills with repetitive “Notetaker is taking notes” messages, making it cluttered and hard to follow. A single consolidated message such as “ClickUp Notetaker is recording notes for this meeting” would keep things clean and make meetings much smoother.

Is it possible to always just have a single Notetaker that then shares the same notes to all people on the call?
Alex Lashkov
Theo Miller: we are working on it!

Auto-Share Meeting Notes with Participants
Jelte van der Veer
We’d like the option to automatically share meeting notes and transcripts with all participants once the meeting ends. Currently, notes must be manually shared or copied, which takes time and risks missing participants.
Alex Lashkov
Chris Nicolau a setting on a meeting level will work for your team?
Jelte van der Veer
Alex Lashkov absolutely!
Chris Nicolau
Alex Lashkov Yes 100%
Alex Lashkov
Jelte van der Veer cool then because that is the plan haha
Alex Lashkov
Chris Nicolau thanks!

As we've started the bot deduplication project, a part of it will be new ways of sharing notes. We plan to allow notes sharing either with the whole workspace or with people who were on a calendar invite. This will be a unified doc.
Nick Jones
Alex Lashkov on the calendar invite would be best, so that information that is intended for only those in a meeting isn't shared workspace wide. Thanks.
Alex Lashkov
Nick Jones yeah, that is exactly how it is designed now!
Mike McCaman
Alex Lashkov would like to have this as an option. We don't send notes to external participants without vetting and doing some light editing of the AI notes. Wouldn't want them sent out automatically to everyone on the invite.
Sascha Löffler
Please don't make this a general setting. I would not be happy if that becomes the standard setting for meeting transcripts.
Alex Lashkov
Sascha Löffler we plan to make this an option that you can set up on a per meeting level. Will that work for your team?
Sascha Löffler
Alex Lashkov if the default is turned off, then it will work. Otherwise the risk is too high that meeting summary will be sent out to external recopients without acknowledge of my team.
Alex Lashkov
Sascha Löffler off by default, yes
Emma Brown
This is required to compete with Fathom
Alex Lashkov
Emma Brown I strongly agree with that. We are now looking into how we could implement that!
Ashley Madden
Really also need it to send to our clients, people with emails not in our org. Most other tools allow for all participants to get an email - in org or out of org.
