Meeting notes automatically sent to ALL meeting participants
building now

For all other notetaker tools I've used, Fathom, Bubbles, etc. you can easily set it so that everyone in the meeting receives the notes post meeting. Our entire organization works in ClickUp and so the inbox notification for the meeting notes should all go to meeting participants without permission needing to be allowed for everyone each and every time. It is creating more work after each and every meeting.

Commenting so I'm notified when this is done. This is a sorely needed feature.
Alex Lashkov
Jim McDermott may I ask what plan is your workspace on? You can send me a dm via email alashkov@clickup.com, we are close to the beta but it will include workspaces of a specific size first.
Fran Bocanelli
Looking forward to this!
Alex Lashkov
Fran Bocanelli we are close to the beta here!

Not just automatically sent to all participants but publicly available through a “meetings” dashboard. This helps our teams stay aligned and allows anyone to post and track takeaways. Equally important is the ability to pipe all meeting transcripts into Claude via MCP. We use Claude as our company “GPT” and having meeting notes as context will significantly improve it’s functionality.
Alex Lashkov
Tom Newton not sure about MCP here, but we are building our own Meeting Agents now which can have meeting notes as their knowledge. Should be pretty sick when done!

Although automatically sending meeting minutes to all participants is helpful, it would be even better to have the flexibility to choose between manual and automatic distribution. Some meeting minutes may require amendments before being sent to customers or bosses, and automatically sending unreviewed minutes could cause confusion if any information is inaccurate.
Maiya Holliday
yes, this is such a major blocker for us - I had a client call yesterday, our PM was on the call with her CU notetaker, now the meetings notes are completely inaccessible to me.
Alex Lashkov
Maiya Holliday but the PM can share the meeting note doc, no?
Maiya Holliday
Alex Lashkov sure, but why does it have to be manual? If the PM is OOO the next morning or forgets, I can't get to the notes and it's problematic. And the PMs are spending time manually sharing notes to ensure the team can review when the team was in the original call and should have access to the notes based on being on the invite.
Ideally there are permissions that can a) share notes with all users who were in the call (just like fathom and many other systems) b) pre-authorize specific admins or superusers to access everything, and/or c) a way to ensure that notes are connected to projects and auto-shared through those permissions

Sabina Brdnik
How can we volunteer to be in the beta? Asking for a friend..
Alex Lashkov
Sabina Brdnik I will post the beta announcement right in this thread so that y'all will get a notification!
Sabina Brdnik
Alex Lashkov thank you very much! Do you have an ETA for the beta?
Katie Bani
Alex Lashkov any updates on this one?
or do you know a workaround with automations?
Alex Lashkov
Katie Bani we are now doing final customer research for the designs and I think we should be ready for a beta soon!
Katie Bani
Alex Lashkov thank you - excited to start using it. My clients are pushing for this and have to still use Fireflies notetaker just due to the privacy settings
Alex Lashkov
Katie Bani yeah, it is getting closer and closer!
Dimitri Weslosky
Hey Alex Lashkov - Any update on the timeline of this?
Alex Lashkov
Dimitri Weslosky progressing to the beta stage, recent customer research uncovered some UI/UX things we would like to polish, and then we should be ready - this is already weeks ahead, not months
