Meeting notes automatically sent to ALL meeting participants

For all other notetaker tools I've used, Fathom, Bubbles, etc. you can easily set it so that everyone in the meeting receives the notes post meeting. Our entire organization works in ClickUp and so the inbox notification for the meeting notes should all go to meeting participants without permission needing to be allowed for everyone each and every time. It is creating more work after each and every meeting.

Really also need it to send to our clients, people with emails not in our org. Most other tools allow for all participants to get an email - in org or out of org.

Wish we could also add the notes as a page to a Clickup document that we use to store all meeting notes. Currently, we have to copy the doc and paste it into a page to keep things organized in one doc.
