Folders for AI Notetaker Docs
Tobias Giesen
We use the AI Notetaker a lot and love it.
However it can be hard to find the right recording that you did 4 weeks ago...
We'd love to have folders, so e.g. we can put all AI Notes calls with client X in a Note folder for client X.

I was struggling to find a good way to organize these too. I give every customer a Folder, so what I've been doing is creating a Document view for each customer labeled "Meetings", and then adding each AI Notetaker document as a page within that Document View.
The only bummer is that this requires a bunch of unnecessary steps that I would love for clickup to fix. You can't directly move a new AI Notetaker doc into a page of another doc view, you can only hit "Add To" and turn it into a task, or its own view, or a sidebar. It's kind of dumb.
So I have to chose to add it as a view, select the customer folder, then open that new view of the document, create a new page which opens the page sidebar, then select the view's document as a page and hit Move To, then select that other Meetings view that I created (once it considers it a "page" then it finally lets me move it to another document).
Or, I just have to highlight all and copy the original AI Notetaker doc's contents, go into that customer's folder and the Meetings view that I have, add a page, then paste. But then if I don't delete the original AI Notetaker note this means there's a duplicate floating around.
Seems goofy that in general there's no way for you to be looking at a pageless doc, and not have an action to just convert it to a page of another doc that you could pull up via search.

Joren Rapini we are working on a Meetings Hub that will make it easier to access your recordings, will offer a way to do AI-based sorting via tags, etc. and will give an entry to point to Brain to ask questions about meetings and mine info in transcripts. Will that be interesting for you? And if yes, what exactly such hub should contain for you to make use of it?
Joren Rapini
Alex Lashkov yes, that sounds fantastic. For myself, as an agency, since we use a Folder to designate a specific client, as long as there's some way for us to easily tie a meeting to a Folder then that would be the main need for organizing. Could be a way to just tag meetings then have a view that only shows meetings tagged with that client, or whatever, but the important bit would be some way to easily organize a list of specific meetings into a clickup Folder.

Joren Rapini: That's super helpful. Question: would you be open to jump on a quick call to discuss all that and how we could better organize the Hub so that it would work best for your need?
Joren Rapini
Alex Lashkov sure! Happy to
For what it's worth, with my objective of easily adding new meetings as a page to a Documents view in a Folder, I did eventually realize when I pull up a meeting note for the first time I can just go ahead and hit "add page" right there, which creates it as a page then gives me the ability to easily add it as a page to document view, without having to move it around first.
