When you start a meeting/before it/during it, you should be able to choose where it saves the transcript and action items.

Yes, this is definitely needed. But also, I don't know if this is a settings I'm just not seeing but—All of my notes from the notetaker are private by default, and I really need them to be public to my workspace. After a meeting, I need my assistant to be able to access it without me having to go in and manually give them access.
I really wish I could assign an AI agent to the meeting notes or the docs in general. It would be great if I could train it to review a doc as it comes in and decide which location it needs to be in based on who was on the meeting and what was discussed.

We are looking into this! At the moment our focus is to allow for Meeting Notes to show up as a Custom Task Type called "Meeting Note" once this happens you would be able to move the tasks or even set a default location
