AI Notetaker: language selection

It would be great to be able to select the call language for AI Notetaker before starting the call so that the notes will be in the chosen language.
Sometimes, we do calls in English and Italian, and when in Italian, the notes taken are in English and don't make sense.
The ideal solution would be to select the language of the call before the call starts so that the AI notetaker knows which language to use and creates the Document in that language.

In addition to selecting a default language before the call, it would be really useful to have a built-in translation option. If the meeting transcript is in another language, we should be able to easily convert it into English (or any preferred language). This would make it much easier to review, document, and share notes across teams and with clients.

I would be nice if the AI notetaker to take notes in English. I speak in Tamil and English during meetings and the notetaker records but transcripts and writes in Tamil, I want it to write and take notes only in english, so it's easier for me share across teams and with the client.

It hasn't detected latvian correctly not 1 time in 2 weeks of testing. Please add option to choose if you cant fix this.

Hoping there would be an option to select English as the language when generating the transcript and notes, where the AI Notetaker will translate the transcription from the other language used during the call.
