Adjust the name of the AI Notetaker

Currently, the bot has Name's ClickUp Notetaker as the name of the bot. Ideally we'd like to have more control over the experience of the bot and adjust the name, image and possibly even chat messages it pushes in the conversation.

I love the notetaker, but it would be great if we could better customize it:
- change its name
- edit the message it sends to the meeting chat
- add a profile picture

This is already possible for me! In the settings screen when opening the agenda/planner.
