Ability to select a template/prompt to run to summarize the output

The output is now hardcoded and you cannot influence this output. Most AI Notetakers offer a template/prompt which you can create yourself and can be used depending on the meeting. Sometimes it's a 15 minute standup with just 10 bulletpoints, sometimes it's a HR interview which require a different summary (ie: How many questions did the person ask).

This would be ideal - currently I have a workaround in place which takes the ClickUp notetaker AI doc, and then changes it based on a prompt set up in Brain. It would be great it this could be integrated.

I certainly agree, having control over how the note taker approaches its response is certainly something we are missing from the ClickUp note taker. Right now we are having to continue to run our original note taker before we started using ClickUp's. Isn't an ideal financial situation.
As Hans mentions, it would be great to be able to either create and/or extend the existing prompt through templates/prompting. Everyone knows their own business, so being able to customise for our own use cases, in my opinion, is a must.

Jonathan Rawlins how many use-cases/templates do you think you will need? Can you describe some specific examples. Thinking on how we could implement this now, any info would help.
