In the UI we can publicly share an URL as https://sharing.clickup.com/t/h/uid/uid.
However from the API we are unable to do that same action.
We have a use-case where our users report feeback from our application which triggers the API of clickup to open a task on a specific board. We would like to enhance that and give the user a public link where he/she can follow the status of the issue reported.

Our application that currently integrates with Clickup via API would greatly benefit from the ability to set a task as publicly sharable and receive the secret URL via API

I would love to use ClickUp to manage tasks for each of my clients and embed a dashboard for them within my SaaS product. To make this scale I would need to be able to generate a shared embed link from the API similar to how you would create the public Shared URL when you click the Share button on a Folder or List view.

Same for us! We would like to generate form views via the API and then use the public link of the task view for the user to review the result of the form as well as having an overview of the tasks.
