Allow filtering tasks by custom fields with OR operator or ANY operator.

Hello.
Currently, when fetching tasks filtered by custom fields, the only option is AND operator, meaning tasks that match ALL conditions. It will be useful to be able to use OR operator to get tasks that match ANY condition.
