I stopped using Google Calendar and schedule everything in ClickUp while using web weekly view. I need to have this view on mobile, even if it has to be scrunched like in Google Calendar.

November 2025 update
Thank you all for your ideas here. We have lots of ideas for improving calendar on mobile and enabling you to replace one more app on your phone with ClickUp mobile. We are considering when to begin work here and I will keep this post up to date as we have ideas to validate or designs to ask you all about. Thanks, stay tuned!

Calendar View

Would be nice to have a weekly calendar view on the home page so that I can plan out my week on the mobile app. I am able to access a weekly calendar by favouriting it, but the weekly calendar is very slow to load.

See all weekly tasks on mobile
I wish we had a week view like in Google Calendar for mobile - so when I flip my phone horizontally I can see a week at a glance to quickly see the week's tasks and where they line up on my calendar by hour.

I want to schedule my events in ClickUp app in calendar with and video conferencing link.
It would be great if event made in ClickUp syncs with google/Apple calendar

Task should automatically populate the start or end date when task is created in calendar view
Ansel Wakamatsu
When I'm in calendar view in ClickUp mobile and have a date selected, I will tap the blue 'add' button on the bottom right corner to add a task on the selected date. However, the task that is created has an empty start and end date.
On a number of occasions, I have accidentally created undated tasks, which are hard to find again.
Proposing that the behaviour is either:
Double tapping on the date in the calendar view creates a new task on that date; or
Clicking the add button creates an event on the activated date.

Makes sense to me, appreciate the suggestion

the option to manage the view in the planner in the android app for tablet and phone is missing; currently on the tablet I see all the google calendars shared with me; I do not have the ability to manage them

Thanks!

The mobile calendar in ClickUp is currently not reliable enough for daily use. Loading times are slow, and without an active internet connection it is IMPOSSIBLE to view any calendar data at all (!!!!)
In the attached screenshot, I show my favorite Weekly calendar view on mobile. The view is completely empty and displays no information, making it UNUSABLE in practice.
Please try this yourself: open a Weekly calendar view on mobile, then enable airplane mode and attempt to load the view. It simply does not work.
Caching and offline access for mobile weekly/monthly/yearly calendar views are ESSENTIAL. This is a basic, standard feature for productivity tools and should be treated as a high priority.

Feature Request – Ability to Easily Reschedule Tasks Similar to Google Calendar Drag & Drop Function
M
MAHENDRA DAKHARE
Dear ClickUp Team,
I hope you are doing well.
I am a regular user of ClickUp Mobile App and I truly appreciate the features and productivity support that the platform provides.
However, I would like to request a feature enhancement that could significantly improve the user experience, especially for users who schedule daily or time-specific tasks.
Feature Request
In Google Calendar mobile app, we can long-press a scheduled task and easily drag it up or down to change its time.
Additionally, when updating a recurring task, Google Calendar gives two options:
Change only this task
Change all future tasks
Current Issue in ClickUp
In the ClickUp mobile app, we are unable to drag and drop tasks to reschedule timing. Also, when adjusting a recurring task, there is no option to modify only a single instance without affecting the entire series.
Why This Feature is Needed
For example:
If I have a recurring task like “Workout at 7:00 AM” every day, but on a particular day I need to do it at 9:00 AM, I cannot change that one instance without changing the entire schedule.
This flexibility is extremely important for real-life daily scheduling and time management.
Suggestion
Please consider adding:
Drag & drop feature to move tasks up or down in the mobile schedule view
Option to modify only one occurrence of a recurring task or update the entire series
This improvement would make ClickUp much more efficient and user-friendly for daily time-based task planning.
Thank you for considering this request.
I would be happy to provide more details if needed.
Warm regards,
Mahendra Dakhare
