Hy there !!
Mobile Interface Design:
Design a mobile-friendly interface that displays task details along with time entries. 
Time Entry Display: https://www.adpworkforce-now.com/
Display existing time entries associated with the task. Show key details such as the date, start time, end time, and duration of each entry.
Edit and Add Functionality:
Implement buttons or icons that allow users to edit existing time entries or add new ones.

Hi! You can do this by opening the task and looking at 'Track time'. 
This is accessible in Task view V2 by just looking near the dates and assignee on the main page when you open a task. 
In Task view V3, you can access this by scrolling horizontally on the bar with status.
