I use a ClickUp iPhone shortcut as a lockscreen capture tool to drop tasks quickly on the go. Everything currently lands in a single inbox list, then gets manually sorted. The request: allow users to define a set of custom routing prefixes in settings that appear as a quick-select dropdown when creating a task on mobile or web. Selecting a prefix would automatically route the task to the designated space and list without requiring manual navigation.

My prefixes would map like this: @c routes to client engagement spaces, @sea routes to SEA Operations, @lab routes to RTI Activation Lab, @rti routes to infrastructure, @bd routes to business development. The concept is similar to how Tags work — but instead of tagging, the selection determines destination.

This would make mobile capture fully autonomous and eliminate a manual sorting step I currently depend on an AI assistant to handle. High priority for my daily workflow.
