Replace "Pull Down to Search" with Standard UX of "Pull Down to refresh"
LBell
Almost every app in existence (on Android anyway) when you drag the page down and reach the top of the content, it refreshes the page. For those of us with update ADHD, it's habitual.
Not ClickUp! Scrolling to the top opens a search screen... For some reason...
This is counter-intuitive, and creates a hassle as you figure out how to close that search screen.
Keep it simple, the search bar is right there. I can access it just fine if I need it.

Pull down to refresh

Until several weeks ago I was able to pull down to refresh eg in notifications. Now it opens search everywhere.
I can accept that many people like this feature, but the app is sometimes out of sync so a refresh option is highly needed for me at least.
Maybe you can make this as an option in settings, where the user can configure which way they want pull down intent to work?

Pull-Down Refresh

I need to leave the view and go back to it to see updates. Industry standard seems to be to swipe-down on the screen to refresh. Please add the option to enable pull-down refresh.

There is only working Pull-Down Refresh for notifications, in tasks or list view Pull-Down do nothing.
That is where we need it the most !!!
Here https://feedback.clickup.com/new-mobile-app/p/pull-down-refresh clickup closed the topic without completing this...

Sounds like the recent update changing the pull-down gesture from refreshing notifications to opening search everywhere has impacted your workflow. Many users, like you, rely on the refresh feature to keep the app in sync, and removing it can be frustrating. A good solution would be to add a setting that lets users customize the pull-down action according to their preference—whether to refresh or open search—so everyone can use the app in the way that suits them best. For example, just as some tools allow you to choose different calculation modes on a page like https://laskins.fi/sailion-tilavuuslaskin/ , giving users control over gestures would enhance usability and satisfaction.

Thanks for the feedback—this is a valid concern, as pull-to-refresh is still an important interaction for users who rely on manual syncing, especially when notifications or feeds fall out of sync; while the new pull-down search behavior may be useful for many, offering a settings option to let users choose between “pull to search” and “pull to refresh” would greatly improve flexibility and user experience, similar to how configurable preferences are valued on service-focused sites like https://windowreplacementatlantaga.com/ , where users can easily access what they need without forced interactions.

Auto refresh needed for all types of views, including Gantt view most annoying that you have to manually re-fresh our customers have been caught out a few times by this

Change "Search" to "Update"

It's not very convenient when "Search" opens immediately when you scroll up the page. It would be better to refresh the page when scrolling like in other programs.

Strongly agree, we really need a way to easily refresh a page on mobile.

Very very true, I’ve tried to refresh the page many times like in other apps only to be reminded that it just brings up the search bar. This would be fine but then it leaves you with no way to refresh a page on mobile. Very unintuitive and inconvenient!
