CLICK UP has no primary function for reminders
The reminder should pop up on the smartphone screen and the window should disappear only after you perform an action on it, e.g. postponement or ending or cancellation, and you only have notifications from the Application, please let us know if you plan to introduce it, because without this function, I guess all companies must use an application such as TICKTICK, which has such notifications. They are valuable, and yours are of little value, because they are easy to miss and for us there are no reminders because due to the lack of the functions mentioned, they will not remind us of some of the matters, because they will simply disappear from the screen :)

Reminders send notifications when they are due, if you want more specific reminders capabilities, please respond here and we can bring this post back to open! Thanks everyone!

Totally agree. It is the little things about ClickUp that truly infuriate. Why implement reminders at all if the implementation was going to be of such little value. There are major features that are clearly needed that have been sitting for months, but the development team rolls out half-baked features. Why?

Mark Caudle: If underdeveloped, someone has not done all the tests correctly .
I am the author of the Blazar perfection scale, and through it we define the best things. Currently, the best application for tasks is CLICKUP and the best for reminders is TICKTICK (all.pl/tick)
and without such an important function as reminders popping up on the smartphone screen in the form of a window and not some insignificant PUSH reminders, we must have all the events for specific hours on TICKTICK, i.e. those that are needed perform at a given hourly time or are visible at that time, e.g. a match, concert, film, premiere, etc., events ..
Maybe CLICK UP is not able to create this, it was already reported in 2019 and still doesn't have this core feature. Most applications on the market do not have them, e.g. Trello or MONDAY, therefore these companies do not understand what a forgotten task means that can only be performed within a specific hourly period :)
