Would be better if we could pick what it sorts by.
Priority is not my most important field, so this wouldn't work well in my case.
Joey
If you want to beta test this let me know :)

Joey Bummer this didn't even start to get a fix until my paid trial time was up & this is too expensive to purchase for a household on disability, because I was real excited to test this! I hope it works out for everyone. :)
Joey
Kayla Getts: Just extended your trial :)

Joey Hey, thanks! I'll be happy to give feedback on this. :)
Avi
Joey can you add my email address to the beta test? It never received any update after filling out this form.
Joey
Avi: I actually just emailed you :)
Patrick Bermand
Hi Joey how can I test this feature? I have signed up for the test version as proposed. Thank you :)
Avi
Joey do you have an update here?

+1. This should not even be a feature request. It's a regression...
Michael
Joey, any eta on this?
The home calendar widget (within ClickUp Home, not the mobile app widget) sorts things properly, but the problem with that is that we cannot extend the size. The My Work widget (which is shows things items from the end of the day down to the beginning) lengthens to the full screen length based on how many tasks are there, but the Calendar widget only shows one-half of the screen no matter what.
The limitations of both of these widgets cause me to just go to a favorites view for my schedule instead, which being an Everything view, takes about 15 seconds to call all of the tasks to the screen.
Also, the actual app widget that I leave on my phone screen that shows the My Work section also sorts from the end of the day to the beginning, with no ability to change the sorting preference.
Joey
Michael: Hey Michael. To clarify, you want:
- The ability to expand these widgets or generally see more without scrolling.
- The ability to set the sorting, for example to sort by priority highest to lowest?
Michael
Hey Joey, thanks for your quick response.
Yes, as far as the expand side of things goes, the See all link pretty much takes care of that, it's just that the My Work widget expands automatically, whereas the Calendar widget does not, so it's just an extra press to expand the Calendar. Not a big deal, in the grand scheme of things.
The sorting, however, of the My Work is another story. I think this is just a default coding that is set in the "Today" button, where it sorts as ascending instead of descending, or tasks show up starting with the latest task in the day and you have to scroll down to see the morning. And as Luis Ramirez mentioned below, "Next" is sorted by default as descending, so I see tomorrow as tasks from morning until evening in that order. So, controlling the Sort would be great, but even just fixing that Today default ascending Date Due sort would be very helpful.
And again, the same sorting occurs on the android My Work widget as well.

Joey We also need to ability to sort by priority witihin date. Thanks!
Luis Ramirez
SORT TASKS BY ~PRIORITY~
WHATEVER TF I WANT
Every time I open the app and the first things I see in "My Work" are the the things scheduled for LAST in the day, because the default sort for some reason is reverse due date, but then "Next" is sorted by increasing due date, I punch my phone.
Joey
Luis Ramirez: Hey Luis! To clarify, you want the ability to see tasks in Mobile Home My Work card to be from Urgent to low (top to bottom), correct?
Luis Ramirez
Joey No. Sorted by due date from oldest to latest. That's my personal preference, but really it should be configurable like it is in the "legacy" My Work widget.
Right now it's reverse due date (from latest to oldest) so I open my phone at 8am and see the tasks due at 11pm, 10pm, 9pm, etc. so the things I care about _NOW_ are not shown.

Also need Sort tasks by "Custom (Drag and Drop)".

Joey also add back sort by date like in v.2. It was optimum, now horrible without controls on sorting, I'm forced to stay out from 3.0 because of these limitations
Fernando Santos
But guys it’s already possible

Damaris Fröhlich_Knaute
Fernando Santos: ???? We use 3.0 on iPhones and iPads. It‘s not possible to sort my work/no due date by priority.
Fernando Santos
Damaris Fröhlich_Knaute: I use iPhone version too and for me is possible
D
Damaris Fröhlich_Knaute
Fernando Santos: honey, might it be possible that you are NOT in my work 3.0 but in a regular board view of a list…🙄🤦🏼♀️
