Mobile Dashboards grid layout (make Dashboards look the same as the web app)

Dashboard widgets do not load in the correct order. I set them up in a specific order on desktop (that should work on mobile too since I used the mobile-first design philosophy to figure out how to order my widgets) and when I load the dashboard up on my mobile device, the widgets are in a random order and it doesn't even flow or make sense. There is virtually no point of having dashboards on the mobile app if I can't see it in the order I put it in. I get that you guys are making a new app. But we still have a long way to go until you guys add dashboards to that, so in the meantime can you guys fix this in the mobile 1.0 app?. If not, please make sure the new mobile app fixes this issue.

Dashboards should appear exactly the same in desktop and mobile versions.

Having widgets appear in order of creation date on mobile devices is arbitrary and nonsensical. Why can't they be the same in both places?

Dashboards do not always appear exactly the same on desktop and mobile versions because responsive design aims to optimize usability for different screen sizes rather than simply replicate layout. Mobile interfaces often rearrange widgets, such as displaying them by creation date or priority, to improve accessibility, readability, and touch navigation efficiency, while desktop versions can show more comprehensive arrangements. This difference is similar to how some public information sites present content across devices, such as the police scanner feed for White County, Georgia available at https://countypolicescanner.com/white-county-georgia-police-scanner/ , where layout adjustments help users easily access live monitoring information whether they are using a phone or a desktop.

Dashboards on Mobile right now dont scale to the device screen size so the x & y accesses make it look like nothing is really usable via Mobile for Dashboards atleast for me. Maybee a simple dashboard would work but when you have year over year or different elemetns it just gives a tough experience.
Hopefully one day this can be something that is developed out further across the board for Mobile / Ipad. I know the Mobile team has improved signifgcantly. I do believe this will happen some day with how Clickup is progressing in the industry!
Keep up the great work! Joey

Why this has so few upvotes is a wonder to me! (At this time it only has 2) It would be so helpful to have the same layout carry over to mobile apps, especially tablet or ipad because its a wide enough screen for it!

Hey community! With ClickUp Mobile 3.0 (available now to everyone), this was updated to be more logical and helpful on the go.
Before, Dashboard Cards on mobile were sorted from top to bottom by Date that the Card was Added. This was very unhelpful.
Now, we show Cards like you are reading a book. From top-left to bottom-right as they are displayed on web. This means that it shows all Cards on the top row, and then the second row, and so forth.
This is a game-changer and feels far more natural on the go. It also allows you to plan your Dashboards in a specific way for great consumption on mobile.
Check it out and let me know what you think

Please fix dashboards for Mobile 3.0
Can Dashboards on mobile please be fixed for Mobile 3.0?
Some issues I know of that make Mobile 2.0 Dashboards unusable:-
- Widgets are so small you can only see a couple of items at a time. We need to be able to make them bigger, to the size of our choosing.
- There is so much padding and margin thickness, that you see far less information than is possible. Rounded corners don't help.
- List widgets do not respect filters or groupings at all - so you end up with a List you never set.
- Ordering of widgets is all wrong and does not respect the ordering set on Desktop.

I'm looking for a system to manage my project and clients, have one software management space. I thought that was a click-up two years ago, as you have great permission options to hide certain tasks within a main list. I loved the dashboard but then quickly worked out it looks super unprofessional for high-paying clients! And confuses them even more When blocks come in out of order, rendering it useless. So I used dubsado for the client portal and embedded clickup. But the load time was ridiculous and looked messy as you can't hide the logo. So then I thought I found the perfect solution in notion as it has a mobile-friendly dashboard, My dream was crushed as they don't have the permission settings available that click-up has so I'm in the same boat one has a mobile-friendly dashboard and the other has permissions. I wish I could keep all my info in one place
Click-up needs the following updates to make dashboards usable
- Dashboard order, and mobile usability as clients will be using their phones 90% of the time. Whereas we the business owners will use our desktop
- Frames need to be able to turn off to look cleaner
- Ability to hide ClickUp doable logo on embedded spaces
Doing the above would wipe the floor with notion and any other competitors as it's already so close!!
