Attachments added in the comments section are not displayed in the all attachments section. Also, there is no download option for comment attachments even with a long click as can be done through the normal attachment section. I am requesting the attachments section under the Details tab operate the same way as browser and desktop do by showing ALL attachments uploaded. Additionally we need a way of downloading attachments uploaded to comments.
