Just want to reiterate this comment from below, which I think is crucial for use of the mobile app as a CRM:
"Location custom field doesn't work on the Mobile app.
Being able to enter the location and being able to select the current location of the user on the mobile apps - is very crucial for mobile app use case for CRM and HelpDesk users and also for remote working staff.
Can u get this enabled ... its unusable to have that field on web and but not on Mobile."
We have members of our team who only have a cell phone, so missing this function is extremely limiting. Please prioritize!

I did install and test, it works except that if I add drop down lists to the template, when raising a new task from template it does not allow at creation stage to select from a drop down option. Only when created/saved one can then go into the task to select, which is very cumbersome if thinking one was already in the environment to do the action but now you have to save navigate edit and save again.

It would be great if the new app can be updated to accommodate selection of templates & then being able to manage any std set fields at the time of creating the task.

I can see the fields now but can not edit them. I click on a check box and it opens the task. I then have to go custom fields to tick the check box. So close,...
