While our team is currently focused on other integration priorities, we want to assure you that this request remains on our radar. We are interested in adding this (and many other integrations) in the future, but candidly it is not planned for the near term.

When WhatsApp and Telegram will be integrated, the 21st century is coming. It's like a base. From the point of view of notifications and in terms of interaction with customers and partners: bots and so on. Just make integrations and then improve them. You can't go anywhere without it now

Zach, For those of us with a mix of individuals, artists, and small entities as clients, both WA Business and Personal accounts are essential. I would completely understand if some capabilities were only available for business accounts, but messaging functions need to be there for both. I hope this is near future rather than far future....

WhatsApp Business is ideal for a bigger company, while personal WhatsApp accounts are popular, when a company needs to scale, it's complicated with personal accounts. WhatsApp Business opens many possibilities.

There is an automation that we put on the clickup when we change a TASK STATUS, we send an e-mail to the client with our text, there is no such option to send to the client's WhatsApp, as well as a message, I would like you to add that option. Because in Brazil, this platform is widely used by people at all times, remember to add the cell phone number field to the drop-down menu so that we can link with the Status and trigger the messages.

I already have and use a few Whatsapp Official APIs so no problem in that regards, but a personal connection would also be also a good thing.
