It would be great if the app can be auto connected to MS outlook.

Outlook Email Add in and Integration for iOS (iPhone & iPad)
Roberto Ponce De Leon
I’d like to request full integration of the ClickUp add-in for Outlook email on iOS devices (iPhone & iPad).
Currently, the Outlook add-in only works on desktop, which makes it challenging to convert emails into ClickUp tasks while working from mobile, especially for field-based project managers like myself who rely heavily on iPhones and iPads. Mobile functionality would allow users to:
• Create ClickUp tasks directly from emails
• Include email content and attachments
• Forward emails with preserved formatting
• Assign to spaces, lists, and assignees
• Add tags, due dates, and priorities
This would greatly improve productivity and workflow continuity for anyone managing operations on the go. Competitors such as Monday.com and Asana already offer this capability, so extending it to iOS would help ClickUp stay aligned with industry standards.
Thank you for considering this improvement!

Hello ClickUp Team,
Your documentation and forum responses often suggest using Outlook on the web as a workaround for the lack of a ClickUp add-in on mobile devices.
However, this workaround is not technically viable.
Microsoft does not permit Outlook add-ins to run on mobile devices, including:
The Outlook mobile app (iOS / Android), and
Outlook on the web when accessed via a mobile browser (Safari, Chrome, etc.)
As a result, even when users access Outlook Web from a phone or tablet, the ClickUp add-in does not load or appear, making it impossible to create tasks from email on mobile.
This effectively means:
The ClickUp Outlook add-in is desktop-only
There is no supported way to create ClickUp tasks directly from Outlook email on mobile devices
The “use Outlook Web” guidance is misleading when applied to mobile workflows
Given that modern users increasingly operate from mobile devices, this represents a significant functionality gap—especially when many competing task and project management platforms already support mobile email integrations.
Can you please clarify:
Whether ClickUp acknowledges that Outlook Web on mobile does not support add-ins, and
Whether there is an active roadmap or timeline for native support within Outlook mobile or alternative mobile-first email integrations?
Thank you for your time and clarification.
Best regards,
Anthony Mancini

This is a basic request. Please add the ClickUp add-in to the Microsoft Outlook mobile application.
The ClickUp add-in is currently available on Microsoft Outlook desktop but not on the Outlook mobile application. As we enter 2026, users are increasingly working from mobile devices rather than desktop computers, making mobile integration a necessity—not a convenience.
All major ClickUp competitors already offer an Outlook mobile add-in. The absence of this functionality creates a clear gap in usability and workflow efficiency for mobile users.
Kindly advise on the current status or timeline for supporting the ClickUp add-in on Outlook mobile.
I have attached a screenshot of the "Add Ins" available on Outlook Mobile, ClickUp clearly missing from the list.I have attached a screenshot of the "Add Ins" available on Outlook Mobile, where ClickUp is clearly missing from the list.

I feel this should be a standard feature that users shouldn’t even need to request. Other competitors, such as Monday.com and Asana, already have this, so adding it to iOS would help ClickUp stay up to date with user expectations

We deffinetely need this feature to organize all calender in one place in iPhone app. We definitely need this feature to organize all calendars in one place in the iPhone app.

Allow creation of tasks through ClickUp's outlook add-in on Outlook mobile

Currently, it is possible to create tasks received on Outlook web to be converted to ClickUp task through the ClickUp add-in. However, the same is not possible to perform on the Outlook mobile app.

Today we have Outlook extention/plugin for desktop and web. Would be great to have it for Outlook mobile as well (like Trello has both a web and mobile Outlook version).

It's my no. 1 feature I am using in my desktop Outlook. It would be great to have it on my mobile as well.
