Harvest Integration - Desktop App

Previously the Harvest integration with the Desktop App worked just fine, but as of last week the Harvest integration only works in the Web app. Our team works exclusively from the Desktop App (due to page load issues in the Web app), and it's crucial we are able to track time via Harvest through this.

Ashley Dischinger - we just pushed an update to the desktop app. We also tried to make sure Harvest works as expected. Can you give it another spin after you update the app?

Ivan Kanevski: The harvest integration no longer gives me an issue when logging in. Just a side note of a different issue (please track this if it does not already exist) when logging in with google the browser it opened didn't have an extension needed for MFA which is a pain... I was able to get logged in by using "another way" but it would give me a little more confidence if it just natively supported yubikey as I would expect from any modern browser... or opened my normal browser as it does for google login with ClickUp. Maybe that is a Harvest issue but as a company partnered with them, you should work together on that, not force the customer to iterate problem after problem. Not sure how this made it through QA but seems like a miss. Also, this text field I am currently typing in is wack... When I use Grammarly it puts the correction wherever the cursor is instead of where the correction should go. Gotta be honest if I didn't have to use ClickUp products for work I wouldn't use them at all... Just too many bugs. I know new-age software is all about breaking things and moving fast but if you do it can't take 2 years to fix the brokenness.

Ivan Kanevski: Have been trying this out and it does seem to be working fine for me at the moment. Will keep an eye out on this over the coming weeks.
